Rosevean Cottage, St Agnes, Cornwall

Rosevean Cottage is a charming 'Gothic' style family holiday cottage situated in the picturesque village of St Agnes on the north coast of Cornwall. Steeped in mining history, the village still retains a traditional friendly Cornish feel and makes a wonderful base for your holiday; only a short walk to the beautiful beach at Trevaunance Cove and a central location for touring the rest of Cornwall. We have fantastic beaches, dramatic coastal walks and breathtaking scenery filled with relics from the past as well as several family friendly pubs and restaurants serving good food, drinks and traditional ales in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

St Agnes is a thriving community with a delightful choice of shops on your doorstep including three grocers, two butchers, fresh wet fish shop, pharmacy, newsagents, arts and craft shops, surf shop, galleries and workshops where beautiful gifts are made by hand.

We are lucky in still having a bank (Barclays) in the village and a thriving Post Office. There is also a large and modern Doctor's surgery for your peace of mind.

Rosevean Cottage is perfect for families with a double and twin bedroom (or zip and link the twin beds into a second double room) and sleeps 4 comfortably. There is also a travel cot provided if you have an expanding family!

Now under new family ownership, there has never been a better time to stay here as you can benefit from a complete refurbishment for 2011 including brand new kitchen and bathroom, new decoration throughout and a new central heating system. Kitchen includes built in dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and electric oven, plus microwave. Bathroom includes shower / bath, sink, WC and heated towel rail. Both bedrooms include hairdryers. Full linen service provided.

Outside, there is a private courtyard with new half drum barbeque, perfect for relaxing and alfresco dining! For your convenience you will also find private, off road parking for 2 vehicles.
